I’m a twenty-something food lover that is working on eating health food that is delicious – no boiled chicken and plain brown rice here. Food needs to be nutritious but more importantly it needs to look, taste, and smell good in order for me to enjoy it.

As a general rule, I don’t eat pork or red meat (although I occasionally divert from this rule, based on the following: 1. if it is food someone has made for me, I will be polite and at least try it 2. if it is a dish I have never had before – I want to experience all that life has to offer, and food preferences won’t stop me from doing that 3. if it is french onion soup or the specialty dish at my favorite Mexican restaurant- I can’t pass it up, even though the soup is made with beef stock and the dish is made with chorizo).
